Autumn’s Famous Guacamole
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • Cherry tomatoes, diced (usually between 5-10 tomatoes)
  • Red onion, diced (only a small section of the onion)
  • Fresh juice of 1-2 limes
  • 2-3 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. Cut the avocados into a bowl.
  2. Add in the small diced tomatoes, red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice. Mash until just chunky.
  3. Finish with salt to taste. Feel free to adjust ingredient amounts, particularly the lime and onion, to your preference. Enjoy!
