Springtime Salad
  
    
    - Farmers Market lettuces or greens- choose from options such as arugula, red leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, spinach, kale
  - Fresh strawberries
  - Chopped walnuts
  - Chopped fresh mint
  - Feta or Goat cheese
  - Vinaigrette of choice
  
      - Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, toss with dressing, and serve immediately.
